Not complaining but just pointing out that the first two hours free is really not right. Ended up costing us €15 for two hours. To be honest that’s fine because it was a great service, extremely convenient and streamlined, and we dealt with excellent people. I guess it’s just when, the headline is ‘the first two hours free’ you kind of expect two hours to be free. Again not a complaint just pointing it out.

We arrived at Piccadilly Circus tube and quickly found our luggage hero which was 1 minute walk away. Checked in the luggage and were helped every step of the way with using the app. We then had dinner in SoHo followed by a show at the Piccadilly Theatre. From the theatre back to luggage hero was 3 minutes walk and again we were assisted with using the app. What was great was that it was now about 10.30pm and our luggage hero stays open until midnight. After a very quick bag pick up we took the tube to Heathrow to continue our journey. Everything was just perfect ! Highly recommended !! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 5 stars

Drop off was Okay. Pickup took longer. Service was ok. Not bad, but not great.

These guys are scammers. They pre select insurance and then make you pay for it when you don’t want it. It’s not 95c but insurance added in top of that which is super expensive!! Look for some way to deselect the insurance if you really want to go with them. Too expensive

First time using Luggage Hero and I’m happy to say it was a really easy experience and I felt that my bags were being safely looked after while I explored Paris!

Opened the app in Stockholm and clicked locations near me. It had defaulted to London so when I booked what I thought was the closest one, it was actually just one random one in London. We were wanting a place to put our luggage for 2 hours. Realising that it was in London, I went to cancel however there is no option so just never clicked the button saying checked in. The app charged me a cancellation fee of like $40USD. This is an extortionate amount when they would have lost zero dollars for me not showing up. I would 100% recommend Stasher instead. Service is way better.
