No HSL !!!!!!!

Seriously.. no HSL module on a photo editor ???? And no way to save mid edit…. You are joking right ????? How can you even justify charging for it without the basic functions of a photo editor ??

Needs Improvement

This app is VERY slow — and this is coming from an iPhone 15 Pro user. The devs reslly need to improve the speed at which the editor operates to improve its ease of use. Secondly, the filters don’t appear to match the desktop app in quality.

Lack of control. Only good for amateurs.

It’s comparable to a set of photo-filters because it lacks the ability to greatly take control over the picture. Lacking something as basic as HSL module and most of Luminar Neo basic features. Lacks the ability to export in different formats to be later used on computer may to continue the work. It cannot compete with the other popular Photo Editor apps because the target customer is an inexperienced one. £47 for such a limited app is a no no. Yet, nice results, but lack of control.

DO NOT PURCHASE

So after useing the app which was a good app paid for lifetime adition but after changing phone it won’t restore many emails later get told nothing we can do I said about the promo code on the app got told nothing we don’t have that more emails later I get one with a code only to see that 1 the code doesn’t work 2 there charging me again but for a year. Please watch this app as customer service is shocking

Won’t Commit Until I Try It Out.

When a developer has confidence in the greatness of their product, why would they choose to not allow you to see it & how it works before you commit? Oh, yes, I know you offer 7 days free so people can make their minds up, but ONLY if they commit their details, data & to a subscription they have to remember to cancel etc. this is a day & age where people need the simplicity of being able to see something, decide if it’s for them without the inconveniences of submitting data & subscriptions. Make a version where we can simply SEE what you are offering. I’m not bothered by a 7 day freebie for my details. Um, thanks!

Be careful

Had to sign up for the 7 day trial and it said cancel it before to not be charged but charged me right away , now have to go through the bother of requesting a refund and cancellation

BEWARE

As a user of neo I was keen to try this app on my iPhone 14 Pro (iOS 17.5.1). The app took my payment but did not give access just showing the payment screen every time. There was no response when contacting support about this.

It’s all about the money!

Owner and user of Lightroom/photoshop desktop. Of which both give you access to the mobile versions for free. Owner of Luminar 4 and Luminar Neo, yet you also want me to pay for the mobile app?? Sorry but I’m afraid I’m jumping off this cash cow called Luminar!

No cigar

On the surface, it looks to have some decent uses.. but it’s painfully slow. confusing UI, huge torches in one corner and a weird, tiny scroll wheel on the left.. not great so far.. :-(
