We keep trying to send messages. Had the unit working initially but then it’s like it shuts itself off after no use for a day or two. Have to constantly keep resetting it.

The lamp will only do a few colors. Kind of disappointing

I love my lamp so do my cats they like to turn it on with their tail It will sometimes turn on by itself sometimes even getting stuck on It likes to come on around 4am while I’m sleeping and then periodically throughout the day while I’m at work I set up a camera thinking it was the cats but so far it’s not them a good 90% of the time so that’s interesting

I was super excited to get my lamp, only for it not to work. I have tried to email the company with no response. Very disappointing! I will keep trying and hoping because I really want it too work.

After signing in with apple it forces you to change your email from private relay to something else. There’s a reason why I don’t want to give random apps my email. Why are you circumventing this?

I love Luvlink so much! I live far away from my family and friends, and this helps me stay connected with them with ease. Nothing but issues and lack of support available.

I wish i got notification that the lamp has been tapped. I bought this for my granddaughter and sometimes i am not near my lamp when she touches hers. She is then disappointed (says my son). As i can send her colours from my phone or ipad i wish i would see when she sent me one.

The luv link is a fun way to show your loved ones who are far that you are thinking king of them it’s a nice surprise.. it lights up randomly sometimes when I’m sitting in my room. I made some fun color coded messages too
