Feeder says “feeding” after it already has been dispensed. Its very inconvenient because I cannot tell if the food was dispensed when Im not home. I already reset it 3 times and the issue comes back again

App stopped working day 1 haven’t been able to connect

The app does not work anymore after the update. The feedings keep showing up as “status unknown”, and it does not log manual feeding either. After rebooting the app it just says “request timed out” when I try to use the app. I don’t know if the machines will work properly when it comes to feeding time for my cats. Please fix the issue asap

For some reason, turning off a scheduled feeding doesn’t work. Need to go into the schedule itself and remove the scheduled feeding.

Hi not sure why my cloud videos is not working anymore. It stuck at “your detected and saved videos will appear here after 2 mins of processing and upload”…..

Je connecte la machine dans le début de la soirée. Rendu 23h, j’essais de voir les infos , les repas etc, et sa dis : erreur de requête de réseau. Gros bogue. Tantôt tout marchait ! Et maintenant je ne vois plus rien!

Update: As of August 30th, 2024 the camera feed has been stable for 2 months) Everything is working flawlessly 👍🏻 The feeder itself is great, but the camera feed started becoming unreliable a few months ago and now the feed is never stable when using cell data. When i’m home using wifi it works great. But the whole point of the feeder is to monitor your pets while you are away. I am not the only person experiencing this. There is a whole reddit page devoted to the same issue. Please fix this issue ASAP Petlibro. When I first bought the feeder the camera feed worked great for months, now it is completely unreliable and frustrating! Server upgrades, software upgrades, whatever you have to do please do it or else I cannot recommend your product to people I know.

Latest firmware update has audible notification “buttons locked” repeating from machine over and over. Hard reset only thing that works. Please fix in version update. No reporting to dev available

Your most recent update broke the app. It shows it’s connected in phone and detects sounds but when I open app o get constant network errors and can’t manually feed or make changes The app is really janky - someone from support please reach out
