The app barely gives you information of miles balance, virtual card and some merchant partnerships (but useless or no offer). Nothing more.

Needs to login repeatedly when pulling up app What for? Theres literally nothing you can do with this app except check your miles balance. Do better PAL.

Tried reinstalling the app and deleting data from my phone but still cannot login. Tried to use my membership ID and email but still no luck. Disappointed that I’ll have to stick with the website version because having an app is more convenient.

There’s nothing much to do with this app. Nothing is clickable. Nothing works! Total fail. Deleted the app less than an hour after I downloaded it. If I can give it zero stars, I will!

Such a useless app. What is it for anyway? I thought I can book flights through this like the other mileage cards

Useless app - it does not give end user the ability to transact anything online

Dont waste your time if you will compare to Delta Airlines app its night and day. Philippine Airlines should have integrated both flight and mileage app. Then MAKE IT WORK. The useful thing this is your digital card. The flights showing only 1 month ago and just basic totals not even segment for the year. Fire these developers!

I think the use of this app is just to monitor your miles, it is much better if we can also claim missing miles in the app.

needed to see all the credited points dates of flying.the app should allow us to update the points not included.allows us to see how many points still needed to qualify in the next tier. Claim points such as your promo now 7-17-21 discounts mileage to any destinations. App is for convenience not just to be boring and confusing to use. For uploading the points missed during check in not for us coming to any PAL ticketing ofc just to update the points not included and also to avail the promos it is a waste of time. I think that is the purpose of using the app right? Even your ticketing website is useless at times when booking tickets we cannot access I don’t know why. 4 star it is but service is poor how can it be rated that way.
