There are no offers in the app. You can’t book a flight. How are you supposed to use the Miles?

I share the same sentiment as Clarky. First, I needed to sign up again as MabuhayMiles did not recognise my previous membership and their chatbot is just as useless as this app. I cannot book flights without activating my membership (apparently), which of course I have. When updating your profile, it does not recognise Australian state suburbs. I can’t even book a flight using this app. Apparently it is not available. I gave up on trying to book flights for days and relied on a travel agent. Even then, my trips are not showing on this app. Lucio Tan, how about investing your fortune in acquiring good developers and make this simple app work. It can’t be this hard really. By the way, 1 star is very generous rating.

Not a user friendly app. Needs improvement.

Tried 3 times to create an account.

It does not accept my Membership number nor does it accept my password. Completely useless app.

It’s to hard to use. Nothing works

I’ve spent hours trying to create an account and this app is completely useless. It neither accept my Philipines or Australian phone numbers despite checking my area and country codes etc are all correct. Zero help from PAL or developer. I wish I could rate this zero stars.

It doesn’t remember my sign in details or have finger print log in.

Frustrating to use all details correct can’t create an account tedious 👎
