They steal your money
Make it impossible to cancel the subscription and bait you into purchasing more than you intend to
What a scam
This companies customer service is beyond atrocious, and their process for signing up is wildly deceptive. When I enrolled in the service I was just interested in the base program. I looked at the charges to my card immediately after signing up and noticed a secondary charge of 50$ usd. When all I expected was 15$ usd.. when I contacted customer service minutes later, their AI response proceeded to tell me they have “rules” and refunding it not apart of their policy.. I never asked for this service, they clearly have it set up so you have to deselect the option in their enrolment process , so I will take ownership on not being diligent in that.. But what a disappointing service. Not to mention, since being stuck with the “coaching service” when do you try and get a plan built, they ask a bunch of nonsense to try and chew up the time and get you to buy more minutes .. Get a real coach

Fraudulent billing method - Stay away from this App❗️❗️
Please stay away from this App, they don’t only bill you for the package you signed up for, but will automatically add an extra different package to your account without your authorization and bill you for it. In my case they added an extra coaching package to my plan which cost me an additional $49.95 plus my initial purchase which was just $15.19 for a basic introductory plan! . Their refund policy is a joke, as they will never refund you back your money after you escalate this situation. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM APP, THERE ARE BETTER WORK OUT APPS OUT THERE.

Day 1
So far I’m not impressed with this app. Some exercises give way too much time and others not enough to complete in the time allotted. And the cooldown voiceover did not match the movements. We’ll see what happens day 2.

Sign up is shady at best
Everything seemed legit until I was billed 3 separate times when all I “approved” was the trial purchase. Assuming this was a mistake, I asked to be refunded. Their policy is to not refund though so I’m out $80 US. I recommend avoiding the app/company. I will be applying for a charge back through my Visa as their customer service was unwilling to refund even though I contacted them within hours of the purchase.
