MaintainX Work Orders

This app makes my life 100 times easier. It’s so nice to be able to keep track of everything and add notes on the fly.

Currently using this with a company I work for . It’s great so far . I have the ability to send pictures and comment on anything sent by the client or my manager . Great software.

We love maintain X it has greatly improved our serviceable to collect data for our locations . The ability to control our inventory is key . We can keep track of our employees y location and make sure priority work orders are completed. The platform is amazing to us we love it .

MaintainX is the most user friendly maintenance system I’ve found. I was tasked with finding a CMMS system to help track work orders and maintenance tasks for my company. I’ve looked at several and have yet to find anything as user friendly and as supported as maintainX. I get a reply to every message/request I’ve submitted within a few minutes. Typically with the answer to what I asked, at minimum stating they’ll research my request and get back to me. The kicker is they always do. If it’s a complicated request they even include a video tutorial on how they did what I was wanting to do. They have adapted and made changes in their system end to better suit my needs. We are working together to custom tailor this program to best suit mine and my companies needs. I’m not typically a leave a review guy, but in this case it was well deserved.

When I download an app to try, the last thing I want is to have the developers call me every day, text me, email me and try to get me on the phone! I’m deleting this app and finding another because of the heavy sales approach (under the guise of helping me get the most out of the app). My role has me too busy to deal with this, which is a shame because the app has some promising features. My advice? Let people have the time to figure out if they want to use this app before trying to get them on the phone!
