I run my entire factory from this app - preventative maintenance, ordering parts and purchase orders, inspection and pre-use checks. Very good, but you’ve got to invest the effort up-front to get maximum payoff. My staff love using this to communicate and request work orders, much better than running around and hoping people remember what’s been said. I’ve QR coded every asset in the factory anyone can request a work order straight from the shop floor by scanning the code. I see it as a birds-eye view of my factory, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Not cheap, but worth the investment. Also the team at MaintainX are extremely helpful. If you’re running an SME, I highly recommend.

Really good app , helps with the day to day running of the Buisness

I’m only on the trial version, but we’ll be implementing MaintainX across our busy Design & Technology/Art workshops here at the school. It’s flexible, easy to use and the mobile version fits impeccably into what we need to do. If I could give six stars, I would.

I would call this a new generation complete cmms solution for engineering and maintenance control. Very intuitive app based and smooth workflow. The guys and gals at MaintainX have been fantastic in helping onboard this system. I couldn’t recommend it and them highly enough.
