The old application is much better versus the existing one as it doesn’t not allow to manage your recurring orders… still using the WhatsApp channel…old fashion to manage a very good brand and chances I will switch providers just for the lack of digitalization vs other market players

Promised to deliver at certain day but failed many times Urgent delivery failed Prices not optimal

The order was not delivered but they mentioned it was delivered More than one week with over 20 calls and they can not solve it out

لقد قمت بطلب كميه مياه ولم يصلني اي شى خلال 3 ايام وقمت بالتواصل معهم اكثر من 3 مرات وفي كل مره يقولون سوف نقوم بالاتصال بك ولا يوجد اي اتصال ابدا من اسوء الخدمات في الكره الارضيه يمكن الطلب من مياه دبي او العين

Waiting for my order for almost a week, they promised to deliver it every day, but nothing happens. Wouldn’t recommend

Order was late one day. One item was missing. I was not notified of the delivery and the coconut milk went bad from being under the sun in front of my door. The two stars for the water and facial tissues which I like.

For the first few times my water was delivered punctually however it is ridiculous how many times I have to follow up and nobody can answer me. They ignore your messages, they say they will check your order and still nobody contacts you. Good water but absolutely terrible customer support.
