Poor design with wide orange buttons
Wide horizontal buttons are clickable if you tap far left or far right. You need to tap somewhere in the middle of the bar, which is counterintuitive.

Login to the app is not working for several days
My fried has the same problem. And nobody is fixing it..

The application hasn’t been working for a day now, I can’t log in, I see the message “apparently something went wrong”
The worst bank
Application is so slow, support is zero
applied few times - account wasn’t open
I applied few times through mobile app, account wasn’t open: “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later” Don’t waste your time with this app, use Wio instead
Terrible bank
Bank completely ignores you, trying to get my card several months without results. Just useless bank

Complete crap
Somebody has come with what he thinks is Italian design and perfect usability. Most likely that person has never seen true Italian design and knows nothing about UX. App is complete crap - loads terribly slow, menus and text are tiny, crashes a lot. Look at best examples on the market. Don't try to re-invent the wheel.
