Really bad app. Have problems every time i use it

Really unstable, difficult to get to connect with the grill and it loses connections all the time. So can’t trust it at all

In general unstable app but been functional. Now after latest update it won’t connect to my MB 800!

With the resent update I can once again connect. But the session graph is out of whack. Does not register session time, but shows probe temperature and temperature. Keep working and this could be a great companion tool for my beloved Masterbuilt 560.

You would think in 2024, we would have mastered basic software programming. Apparently we haven’t.

I’ve had the 1050 Gravity smoker for about 2 months. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app about 100 times. I’ve gotten to work about twice. It comes up with a joining network error every time it requires me to connect to Wi-Fi. I’ve had my Wi-Fi checked and it’s fine, I’ve reached out to Support, and they can’t do anything. Had I known the app was so terrible I would’ve went with a Traeger and not a master built. Do NOT buy this grill if you think all other parts are equal with other grills/smokers.

First time using the app with my new 545 today, and just constant app crashes. Truly frustrating first experience.

Love the grill (1050) hate the app. Not one time other than the original setup did the app connect correctly. After that have to delete and resign in. To frustrating for me to use.

The grill is solid after you fix minor hardware design problems. The app doesn’t work at all, however. It only gives me random notifications, and I can only see data after I’m done using it. Says it’s connected but shows no data.

I have to delete the app and redownload for my Masterbuilt 1050 to connect. Every single time I use it. For a frequent griller/smoker, it’s unacceptable.
