Maya cannot review my application 2 times

I didn't like this bank. I sent my passport 4 times for registration and my account was blocked. The support team responds very rarely. I asked to delete my account so I could register again, but they are still silent. I do not recommend this bank to you.

Account upgrade process for foreigners is broken and doesn’t work, I tried 4 times, already 3rd day trying to upgrade, it doesn’t work, opened a ticket and contacted support, but they replied me back with a template and that’s all, what should I do?!

They do not upload money to the account. Lost money!

There’s so much going on in the user interface and the app could do better with a clean and simple design. A few things that I noticed were there was a gray banner that seemingly loads but disappears when I open the wallet screen, the transaction list looked more like an audit trail log (money in/out are fine as they’re classed as transactions but there’s no need to show other events like creating a username here ), and just a personal preference, I want the emojis to be customizable. I don’t like this —> 🤑

Most things work ok in this app but I’ve persistent issues with the crypto section which once pressed, goes to black screen and freezes the app 😢 Maya support didn’t have any solutions so hopefully the app developer will. To have a fallback in case their app or parts of the app are not working, Maya should also have a web app that customers can log in to in case their app isn’t working properly.

So this app automatically saves card details once you add money from a debit/credit card. I don’t think this should be the case. It should be the account holder’s choice whether to save the debit/credit card details or not. 29 April 2022 I haven’t been using this app for almost 2 years but updating it anyways. So I just updated again it it says major update plus the name changed. I tried opening it wondering whether it’s gone much better or not. But it looks a lot more complicated to me now. I’m glad there’s GCASH which is way better than this.

Stating the opinion of mine, I think this is the most useful app on play store. This app will not just give you a glimpse of reliability and convenience, but more of giving you the whole package that you need. A very simple interface for every users to use and everything function easily.

Why is it so hard? Keeping error all the time !!! Make it easier pls!!!
