Tonik: Loans & Deposits

This thing invades your privacy worse than a Chinese app. From the second you open it it starts filming you. What the?! Privacy statement is scary. It requires complete access to your phone. They'll tell you it's to keep you safe. Don't believe them. Also, you must be a Filipino to use this which they don't mention until AFTER they harvest your data, access your photos and contacts etc.

The app itself is very friendly, like youre talking to a person while creating an account. But after everything, after you submit your selfie, id, information and signature, the app crashed and when I reopened, all gone. You need to start all over. 🤦🏻‍♀️

App constantly crashes, but the interest rates are good I guess. Not worth going through the troubles of the worst app in Philippine Financing

I love it. No charges to every transactions. I can also have multiple stash and encourage me to save more.

The worst customer service ever, unhelpful, rude and the hold time is way too long and when they get back to you they can’t help you.

Very very poor customer service. This app is now being used by scammers online. I’ve already reported this over a week ago and up to now there’s no progress. They’re just acknowledging your email but no definite action being taken on Tonik’s end. It seems like they don’t care at all. Won’t recommend this app. Not even worth a star to rate.

Iits not helpful

One of the Legit loan app I've tried. Paid early but than the term of my loan but then in the second reloan I was rejected. Dont know why?, since I believe I had a was a good payor. So sad
