Worst bank I ever seen
I’m waiting with pending qualifications for almost 3 week every time I’ll try to contact Support I don't get a clear answer and write again in a few days, but there is absolutely no result. I advise you to fire the entire support and verification department
app doesn’t work outside uae
Dear developers, for some reasons app doesn’t work outside uae , it’s very sad , for example:a customer has business trip in russia, and during this trip you can’t pay online any thing. Please fix asap.

Virtual card can't be added to your phone's contactless pay service - this really limits it's usefulness.
Worst.
The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, I didn’t even get my account unlocked and it’s been a month. Whenever I call they say that they can’t do anything as customer service they can only send an “e-mail” to the IT department and apparently they have been sending emails for one month even though the app says that it only takes two days. This is only for verification imagine if you have an emergency..

I really like Mbank thw way its work and I'm really enjoying the network. But i have been faced lil problem that the prosses or money transfer through Money exchanges is very slow In fact on the weekend it is too slow. I hope Mbank solve the probkem as soon as possible.
