I went London and cannot log in to the app I won’t recommend this app or bank if you often go outside of uae

I intended to open an account but the app not captured in my face please I am stuck resolve the issue
Cant open camera during facial recognitions
In the last step for taking facial pics it wont open camera but just dark screen to take pics thats why i still cant make account here
Eid capturing doesnt work
I intended to open an account, but the app doesnt capture my emirates ID and I am stuck☹️
Worst.
The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, I didn’t even get my account unlocked and it’s been a month. Whenever I call they say that they can’t do anything as customer service they can only send an “e-mail” to the IT department and apparently they have been sending emails for one month even though the app says that it only takes two days. This is only for verification imagine if you have an emergency..

I really like Mbank thw way its work and I'm really enjoying the network. But i have been faced lil problem that the prosses or money transfer through Money exchanges is very slow In fact on the weekend it is too slow. I hope Mbank solve the probkem as soon as possible.
