App not operational
During the digital account opening after sll the steps completed the last one is liveness where user need to capture life picture but the capture option and camera option is not working 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It most be approved because I use not Bank Islami app but when I use never is the transaction completed due to quality of the app I really disappointed about the app transactions

Annoying pop up
Such a poor and annoying app it is , I have linked my raastID in this app but still the pop up appears almost 3 times whenever i open the app. This app doesn’t even know that this person has linked the raastID with us, what else you expect from this.
App not working on I phone 6
Version 4.2.1 is not working on I phone 6. In app description iOS version 12.2 or above can use it. I have iOS 12.5 but still not working.. very poor service. When I call call center the agent said it’s only working on I phone 13.. please help
Bad experience But worst
Very Bad Experience while logging in my New Mobile . repetitively the wrong password

I want to know, how I can unblock my app. I am not in Pakistan
App Working
Doesnt work on iphone, everytime i login into my account it just reset the app. Complained many times on customer service but everytime they say oh we are experiencing issue with iphone. IMO better to switch to some other bank.
