I am sorry to say this App is not useable, it should be thrown away, am facing issue since 3 days , I tried all the channels to fix but they are unable to solve the problems It’s not now only I couldn’t pay my utility bills even, help desk every time asking security questions from A to Z. Showing they are very professional but they are Zeooooooo, cause they’re technical staff is also Zeoooooooooo If thy need to improve the service, let them change all the technical staff, thy are not compatible

Dear Team Bankislami, I’m living in KSA and after updating my app facing problem from 4 days. After login the app minimize automatically and logout with in seconds. I’m unable to use the app. Please do the need full

After the new update the App is not working when I try to login it just logged in for 2 or 3 seconds in my IPhone 14 Pro max Please solve this problem as soon as possible I face this problem for more than 2 weeks

It is so bad service application isnot working well When i open the app with in one second the app is auto shut down

Most of the time, you will face downtime issue.

It’s banking app and developer must fix it in hours not in months. Disappointed by the bank and its app.

It’s really disappointing that every now and then BIPL app is not functioning well; there is always messages for downtime due to maintenance but after a short period of time it’s happening again and again.

this app is not working

From last one week i am trying to login my internet banking but its keeps on giving error that we are currently unable to connect you. Quite disgusting
