Yesterday i topup rm20 & just used rm1.2 - to park just for an hour. Today i want to use the apps once again, however i got no more balance. Wondering where's my balance?????? If you're moving to apps, make sure there's no prob with yr system. If you really appreciating people to use & support yr system upgrade, kindly assist how to get our money back

How can the app has downtime. What if we got a ticket?? What happened?

Why every time App have problem ?!if no free maintenance then just use old style put coupon only in front car !more time I try pay car park !but every time display in app is problem !try many time after get the saman !hey !I want pay car parking fee,but your App have problem ,try many time until MBJB come saman my car !is my wrong ?!you know how many time I putih2 get saman ?!and when top up already ,app display wrong !and show no any topup,I try make second top up after jump back msg display I top up 2 time !sometimes same status top up pay with car parking fee!!now what’s is wrong MBJB?give me answers!really headache the funny app !!
