Executives who get the assigned complaint to work on are very lazy, most of my complaints go unnoticed. I am writing this in hope somebody in government office could help in resolving this.

THE APP DOSE NOT REGISTER ON I PHONE WHEN WE LOG WITH OUR REGISTER MOBILE IT DOSE NOT REGISTER NOTHING HAPPENS- SAME IS IF REGISTER NEW .. The complaint dose not load u fill all and when submit nothing happens FAIL APP JUST MAKING PUBLIC FOOL

They just launched this application for time pass, after submitting complaint 5-6 times there is no resolution.

This application is of no use. For most of the complaints they will direct you to different departments. No proactive followup. Seems like creating an application was one of the KPI. Once done there is no action

I submitted a complaint four days ago. After that the App is not responding and I am unable to see the status of my complaint

The new upgrade doesn’t allow any compliant to be registered. This is a new way to avoid any work getting done by MCD
