MCD 311 app encourages citizens of Delhi, to Communicate directly with there community leaders in government to resolve issues in their neighborhood.
We allow Citizens to:
Report a non-emergency issue in your neighborhood, like Dead Animals,Garbage dumbs,Toilet not cleaned etc.
Submit a service request to local government.
Track the response and engage in public dialogue, through issue resolution
Here’s how it works:
1. See something that needs to be fixed?
2. Submit a request with a photo & GPS Location attached.
3. Authorities receives the request.
4. The Authorities fixes the problem!
5. You get notified when the request is completed.

MCD 311 is designed to adopt to Open311 protocols and APIs to simplify access to citizen services.

Fuddu app I've ever experienced Let me explain you first you file a complaint then they will assign a fuddu officer for you and funny part is that officer will not even answer your calls or msgs so i suggest you do not install this fuddu app
Waste app
No use you can only submit your complaints. Do not expect the resolution of your complains.
Useless and pathetic app like government
App doesn’t work
No one care
Its a pathetic aap . Neither you can submit the compliant and if somehow you are able to submit no body will take any action. Numerous times i have complaint regarding the garbage. Its been 25 daya no action has been taken. Please stop making fool of people.
Not able to submit complaint
What is the use of this app when you can submit the complaint. You could spend some money on IT Department to get it functioning
Tax money being wasted on corruption
Earlier the app was working now after login it draws a blank page. Which incompetent losers have the MCD given this tender to? Ruined a working app. A national shame and waste of our tax money.
Problem after upgrade
After upgrade, the app is not working properly. Also unable to navigate
Totally dissatisfied
Download the app Stuck at the beginning and saying my number is wrong during login. Useless app like the employees of MCD.
Most useless app
Don’t waste you time posting grievances on this app. No one will listen to your problem will just pretend like the care but nothing is gonna happen. MCD is still filled with lazy and corrupt employees.
