The pizza is top-tier. The app is hot garbage. How can such a great pizzeria, in 2024, have such an inelegant app?? Fix it, already!!

Getting constant connection error. App is pretty much pointless

Can you fix this app already. It loads and cancels out and doesn’t let you use your points. It’s been like this a long way. Fix it!!

Every single time I try to use this app all I get are errors. It is useless I just use the website now because this app is unusable.

Using multiple phones and internet connection I get this message. When app does work it is always slow response.

Time to come into the modern era and pay someone to design you a good app. This one is horrible. It barely functions.

Put card information in but the app wasn’t working very well and confirmed my order but when I got to the store said it wasn’t placed.

Constantly errors! Unable to redeem points !

No social media activity that I have ever seen, and there are over 22 locations in Fresno,CA alone. I have and will always support this pizzeria they have amazing pizza and have been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. However their app has no Fresno locations on their maps that I can select from. Not even for general information or flyers. Their website and app must update and pour more investment into themselves. Advertising needs attention as well. As a chain company so vastly spread in Central Valley needs to pay more attention to all digital aspects and bee a good company for the community they are apart of. Good luck Milano Foods.

*UPDATE The Ed’s Dough issue appears to have been resolved. Thank you! Now there’s still the issue of the “store offline” bug. At least with the workaround, the app is pretty much functioning well. Also, please consider adding Apple Pay or PayPal. *(TWO STAR REVIEW) Whenever I go to redeem Ed’s Dough, it says “applied” but does not apply. And every now and then it will say “store offline”. You have to delete and reinstall the app for some reason.
