Can’t get past annoying video and signup process: the app won’t let you get pass it without subscribing to paid plan. Useless

Lots of meals to choose from. App works well including scaling recipes, avoiding chosen ingredients, step by step cooking display, and recording consumption/favorites. I especially love the customizable macros meal planning.

I’m so glad I’ve found this app. I have been using it for a couple of days and So far I have had no problems. It is very easy, it is very helpful and I love that it gives you an itemized grocery list so I know exactly what and how much to buy!!

I put in the most novice options because this app was suppose to make meal prep and grocery lists easy. They gave an extremely complex and expensive grocery list that is completely unattainable for my budget and lifestyle.

So great and convenient! Wish it was a little easier to add your food in , but other than that I can’t live without it!

This is a great app to provide you with the flexibility you need with the diet that you want. The recipes are excellent. Nice breakdown into prep times for quality meals. This is a high-quality app. I really enjoy it and find it worth the money.

My biggest struggle in the gym was my nutrition. As someone with ADHD, I struggle with meal planning that met my fitness goals. With Meal Prep Pro, I was able to meet my fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals. This app has allowed me to customize my diet habits — high protein with no red meat or pork. With the click of a button and my weekly 30s check-in with my dietary preferences, I have a whole week’s meals planned and a grocery list automatically created. The meals meet all of my macros and let’s me track them in the app. Plus, the team over at Meal Prep Pro are always adding new dishes and app updates.

Not only does it make meal planning easy, the recipes are amazing. Even my kids haven’t turned down a meal yet over the past year of using it!!

I’ve found some pretty good recipes on here, however MANY are repeated OFTEN. More recipes need to be added frequently. I don’t feel that it’s worth renewing my subscription for next year.
