I enrolled in the paperless billing and I get a bill in the mail every month, never allowed to see usage, can’t see my bill in the app and can’t do anything to fix it online or in the app. This is ridiculous and the most pointless and unnecessary service I have ever had to use. I am disappointed and disgusted that I have to use this internet service because it’s been nothing but rubbish and worthless and I end up using my hotspot off my phone more than anything.

Their app is just as bad as their internet service. Save yourself the headache and go with a different ISP.

I love being able to pay right in the app with no additional fees like the other utility companies charge!

I haven't been able to pay my bill through the app for over a year. The account that I sign in with is the account holder. Lately when I try to use the app, all I get is opps service unavailable and I can't use it. If I try the contact us, nothing happens and can't contact support through the app or text.

I thought it might be easier to have an app. This app is worse than the website. It takes forever to log in and once you do get in it sits and clocks and clocks and doesn’t move. Then you get in and there is zero help via the app. This app is as reliable as their service.

I can pay my bill quickly on this format and there will be a list of payments at the bottom. That's about it for bill paying. The plus is in regards to the outages reporting. You can generally find outages in your area before you start unplugging and resetting everything!

They have a monopoly in my area. Service constantly goes out. When that happens I cannot even access the app via mobile service either. Worst customer service. App crashes constantly. Service is down at least once a week. And it is grossly over priced. If I had any other options I would take them. Sadly here I am writing this review after 4 years of service. Cannot wait to move and never deal with Mediacom again.

I just read a review for someone complaining that they didnt get a confirmation number aftet they paid there bill on here!! Is that all you could find wrong with this app?? THIS APP DOES EVERYTHING NEEDED WITH MY WIFI!!! Thanks for a great app
