App doesn’t work anymore
I’ve had this app for several years without any issues. However for the past 6 months, if not longer, I have not been able to use this app to pay my electric bill?? Tells me sites not available check back later?

The migration of TVEC to SmartHub was awful! Service interruptions and unclear instructions led to a bill becoming past due. I hope they move back to their old system, as this app only adds additional stress and confusion.
It used to work at a 3 star level. Clunky - but OK. Now it is a time waster because multiple functions no longer work- or report erroneous data. Reload usage? Ha! All that happens when reloading is an infinite spinning busy icon. Review last months data? Nope! Claims there is none and tries to show “tomorrow’s” usage. The only positive comment about this app is you are still able to delete it from your phone. Hopefully, the developers don’t break that, too!
This App is garbage. Never recognizes the correct information entered. I’ll revisit every 6 months or so hoping the owner(s) have finally hired someone competent to fix the bugs.
User experience is awful. Log in screen freezes up and won’t go through. Wifi speed does not seem to make a difference. Seems to be a Smarthub issue. Unfortunately 3 of my utility providers use this painfully slow interface.
Trinity Valley Electric COOP has started using this app. It appears to be better than the previous app they used but it is buggy. At first the FaceID feature worked, it then stopped working ,it then started working and now it has stopped working. It’s not worth messing with till they get it working properly. Life is to short to deal with buggy apps.
Can no longer connect to power company website within app, even though website is functioning properly in the mobile browser.There’s something particularly pathetic about a broken website wrapper.
Since day one of going paperless and using the app it declines my my card, but then I log on and it processes just fine with the card on file. Now, for over 2 months I’ve had an issue with logging into the app. I just realized I even forgot last months utilities because it didn’t even send me a notification that the card didn’t work, so I could log on and make your app work. It says “error timed out, try later.”
Thai app no longer uses Face ID properly and instead logs me out every time I background the app.
I was able to access my account and pay my bill via the app last month and now I can’t . This needs to be fixed
