Meezan Mobile App

When scanning an ID card or biometrics, the iPhone’s camera becomes very blurred and fails to capture details accurately. This happens because the iPhone’s macro mode, which is designed for close-up shots, is not enabled. Please enable macro mode in Meezan’s mobile app to improve scanning accuracy.

I have capital and small letters in my user name and the app automatically converts it to lower case which cause login to always fail

Coz of their enabling location option

I am putting my original id card from iphone camera and still they’re saying click picture of valid CNIC. And no one is responding from complaints cell

Please spend some time on testing sign in before releasing the app.

For the iphones, please force the app to use wide angle (macro) camera instead of the main camera, as the fingerprints are not being scanned and the picture becomes blurry.

Although with new functions but highly unstable version of app and unnecessarily big sized app. 500mb as compared to 100mb old app. Never ever had problem with old app. Now can’t even login after first login. Just keeps going into infinite loop of loading then times out after few minutes.

My finger print is not working when verifying details on first login. I take picture of my 4 left hand fingers and it does not accept. Original account is working
