Easy to use app loving it.

This app is trash. It requires a code sent to my email every time, and when I get the code, the app starts the process over, so you can never get the code to log in without restarting the whole login process. Just let me enter my login & password or use Face ID. I don’t need a code every time I log in. Wasting my time… which means wasting my money.

Every time I put my information in, the app prompts me to register for an account and I already have an account. I can log into my Mercedes Me app but not the finance app. I have to physically go to the website to make my payment. Very annoying!

I have been using to make payments and view the payment history. About a couple weeks ago it ask me to register when I do it says it’s already registered to the account I’m logged into. I tried support they could not fix it. App no longer usable!

Refund was sent from a MB Dealer and it took over 1 month to get credited to my account. Why?

Great tool for keeping on track. Set up is easy and beautifully put together. All around great app!

Very nice and easy to use, I would prefer a little more color on the app though, it’s just in your face with this black and white fonts.

Fast easy and convenient. I use it everyday and since November I have not had any issues. I love this app.
