Mes Comptes CCF

A big step backwards compared to the HSBC FRANCE app. This app is as basic as it can get. Performance is bad, logging in takes a long time (loading screen after loading screen). No dark mode option (imagine using this app when it’s dark, your eyeballs will be very unhappy as everything is just white). Message composer feature is hidden under numerous sub menus and takes a while to load. Home page doesn’t show all your accounts and totals, you have to go a step further. App needs to be highly optimised, needs a dark mode option, and menu needs to be reworked. I miss the HSBC FRANCE app and the bank itself.

Application got MUCH better. Links with HSBC vie do not work but it does not bother me. The issue I have is with the notifications. If you have a message from your adviser, there is not notification. No email either in one’s mailbox to let us know something is waiting. I could end up liking it in the end !

On a l impression que cette application était crée par des marchands de légumes. Impossible de valider un achat lorsqu’on a un numéro de tel international .. l app ne reconnaît pas les numéros étranger ., ce qui n était pas le cas avec hsbc Aspect esthétique de l app : tellement vieux jeu et basique.. Pourtant il aura suffit peut être de garder celle d’HSBC ..

J’ai un nouvel iPhone et j’ai besoin de m’inscrire à l’application CCF sur ce nouvel appareil. J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails à mon conseiller au cours des 10 derniers jours, mais il n’a pas répondu. Cette affaire est urgente. Comment puis-je enregistrer l’application CCF sur mon nouveau téléphone ?

La conseillère ne répond pas, et envoie des messages qui ne correspondent pas à mes demandes. Par ailleurs elle ne répond pas non plus aux e-mails !

Very disappointing that a new bank was so cheap on its app: a mere web wrapper, very very slow, not adapted to mobile screens. Starting from scratch would have been a good opportunity to bring a good app to customers. Opportunity completely missed. Not even talking about the general login / password experience: a disaster.

CCF is the new HSBC France. I’ve been a customer for nearly a decade. This app is so execrable that I am changing banks. Caveat emptor.

This app has always performed as advertised. Face ID has been better than my other bank apps. English translation of text better than HSBC.

I wish CCF had PayLib. I wish I could find my RIB on this app. I wish there was a search function.

The app just say it’s temporarily unavailable for a week. The web page just says error occurred. Without logging in, I cannot find advisor contact or book a rdv or even check anything.
