Decent But Kinda Money Hungry
The app itself is good the software and UI is standard but it works. My problem is my new Pro Headset. The Touch controllers wouldn’t re-connect and this makes it impossible to play games like onward or gorilla tag. Every time i try and reconnect my right controller it states, “headset disconnected please try again.” So i did and it didn’t work. I’ve read the manual and everything seems correct. The money scam is Meta wants more people buying new controllers with new ID’s so they get more money, If you try and reconnect the controller it knows its the same one and won’t connect it, forcing you to but another one.. Meta i ask of you to please let me reconnect my controller. You’re a multi-billion dollar company you don’t need small scandals to make a quick buck. So please in the next update for the Pro Headset resolve this..
Dumb
Changed the app and now i cannot pair my quest 2 to the app. I purchased a game on the app and because i cannot pair the game does not install
My games are gone
I didn’t log into my oculus for 1 month and I lost all my games it was worth $150 and I couldn’t log into my account because it said my password was wrong but I had my password on a price of paper so I had to log into another account which didn’t have the games and I didn’t want to waste anymore money so I have gone on my vr since

Worst purchase ever
Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any company. Meta will block your account without reason and will blackmail you into providing personal information. There customer support is useless, rude and impossible to deal with. Dont waste your money on any Meta / quest products.

LOST MY ACCOUNT
recently when the new update happened, i lost my account, i had job simulator (NOT BUYING IT AGAIN.) and some other games, i lost all my progress and money down the drain, but i re-logged in and lost the games and everything im furious.
