This app is really good just some times the time glitches and you miss your bus.it’s pretty good doesn’t happen much

Bus drivers are really kind some funny and they all ways get you to your stop safe and sound

Why is it never on time?? The bus I try to get most nights 18:49 is always late! I’m literally trying to get this bus to work and it’s actually ridiculous the amount of times I’ve had to phone to be picked up. Please do better especially since you seem to have put up these posting claiming better timings??

Since selling my car I’m using the bus service now. I’m delighted with the service. generally always on time. Your drivers are very polite and the buses are always clean and tidy. The only comment I would make is that I fail to understand why the old Falkirk bus station isn’t brought back into service whilst major works are being carried out in Newmarket St.

I hate to be the person writing a bad review and sincerely wish I could be commending McGill’s and their app but unfortunately not. So here goes… The timing and actual arrival time of buses is completely ridiculous, that’s if one even turns up at all. The fact that we can track buses on the map via GPS (which itself is shocking but I will get to that), yet cannot be informed when a bus will not be arriving, is beyond me. A lot of people rely on this service for work and other reasons, but I can only think of a very few select times that I actually have arrived at my destination on time. When checking the journey planner, you can see the time difference of when a bus will arrive compared to the actual supposed time of arrival. Once the clock goes past the time of arrival, there’s no way of checking anymore what time the bus will turn up at. As for the GPS tracker, I honestly though after First Bus it couldn’t get any worse but here I am being proven wrong. I can understand not to expect 100% accuracy with this sort of thing but at least some consistency would be great. One minute when I’m checking where the bus is at, the GPS will either put the bus further behind or forward than it actually is, leaving myself and others extremely confused as to where the bus actually is. This is absolutely infuriating and I have missed several buses in a row because of it. I’m sorry to leave such a bad review, but I do hope that this gives some insight into specific areas that your company needs to improve on. It feels like a never ending nightmare having to deal with the bus situation and I also hope that some of these issues will be taken on board and being optimistic, hopefully fixed too. I unfortunately have no other way of travelling to and fro work, so I say this for myself and any others struggling with the same issue.

I hate the new app, every time I try to look for my bus to see when it will be here it crashes shows errors like ‘we couldn’t get the timetable’ like the old app from first bus was so much better. Like I can’t even access my usual buses without having to come out of the app multiple times just to be greeted with the same messages.

App just doesn’t work at all. Go to view a route and says they are unable to get this information despite it being a popular route and have previously had access to it. Please fix I have no other way of knowing if the buses are running or not

This is by far the worst app and the worst bus service ever! The supposed “live” tracker is something to be laughed at if it wasn’t for frustration because some people have no other option but to rely on this shoddy bus service. First bus weren’t the most reliable but certainly better than this scam company who can’t operate an app to save themselves. With the bus timetables being unreliable, we count on the app. However, ever since using it, timings have jumped ridiculously. One minute it’s 15 min until bus, then a couple of min later it’s 8 min. Then when it’s 1 min and your just wanting to get to your destination the tracker tells you it’s 27 min shortly followed by 29 min. Sort it out! If there was any other alternative, believe me, we’d choose it!
