Mindbody x F45

Glitches need to be fixed. This app is constantly signing me out witch would be a minor inconvenience if I didn’t have to delete the app every time it did so. I have missed booking my classes because of this problem and wasted time. If this can not be fixed I will find another gym. I love this gym however I can not have an app glitch dictate how I start my morning. Hope someone looks into this problem.

- Occasionally logs you out for no reason - App gets stuck on booking of classes - Takes forever to load With every update somethings are fixed, some get more broken. Use the other F45 Training app.

This app is so infuriating, I have an account via Google and instead of logging me into the account I use for my training. it logs me into an account I use for work, it just logs you straight in when you click google instead of allowing you to choose the login. I cannot even delete the account it’s logging me into. This app is complete garbage. Fix it!!!

Deleted immediately, couldn’t even get past the first page to choose my location. Was frozen the whole time. Closed and opened the app multiple times. Not useable at all.

App was going ok but now completely not loading on mobile data ( all my other apps are) unless I keep removing it and then turn on WiFi. Started happening when I upgraded to new iOS.. any fix please

App crashes before I can book any class and I have to reopen and login to my account all over again.

The app keeps logging me out then won’t accept my login with an “unknown error occurred” error message. I can’t get back in to my account for weeks at a time, then it suddenly works again for another few weeks, before then logging me out again. Other than this the app is reasonably useful and workable, but the log in issues are a nightmare and a headache.

Ever since downloading the challenge app I cannot login to the booking app. I have tried deleting both apps. Changing my password. Nothing works. Have had to resort to logging in online through the mind body website which is super difficult and logs me out all the time and I have to go through hoops to login. Really annoying and inconvenient considering the amount of money we pay per week. Would give 0 stars if I could for the app.
