Mindbody x F45

This app is awful. Not a single part of the user experience is streamline or easy to use. It’s embarrassing that a business that is so expensive offers such a bad app. I feel bad for the franchise owners who have little say in the building and improving of these products. You also need about 5 different apps if you want to participate is challenges and track your progress in workouts like Benchmark.

I am so surprised that F45 had such a terrible app. It is slow to make bookings and after each booking you have to scroll down to make another booking. Not designed well. Get another app provider

A good app - that is when it’s working. It is barely ever working, doesn’t load or anything! simply just stays on the page that shows the F45 logo. It’s quite annoying really and I can’t even book my classes.

Signing up to book a training requires to create an account in two system. Why make it so complicated?

I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times over the past few weeks with functionality not working. It also seems that the Waitlist has disappeared for me and just gives me a ‘Class Full’ greyed out button.

Why?

Great easy to use app. Some ideas for improvement - allow a function to connect with friends so people can see each other’s schedules and who is doing which classes. Also can you cache a schedule screen where people can access their personal schedule to classes they’ve signed up for without internet access. The app is completely unusable without data or wifi, which I understand, it would just make the experience more enjoyable and user friendly.

- Occasionally logs you out for no reason - App gets stuck on booking of classes - Takes forever to load With every update somethings are fixed, some get more broken. Use the other F45 Training app.

This app is so infuriating, I have an account via Google and instead of logging me into the account I use for my training. it logs me into an account I use for work, it just logs you straight in when you click google instead of allowing you to choose the login. I cannot even delete the account it’s logging me into. This app is complete garbage. Fix it!!!

Deleted immediately, couldn’t even get past the first page to choose my location. Was frozen the whole time. Closed and opened the app multiple times. Not useable at all.
