Essential app for all
At a time when movement, mindfulness and health is becoming ever prevalent, this app combines all of these and more with brilliant, easy to follow but thorough videos. As a disabled athlete this app has really helped strengthen the areas where I am weaker and less flexible but I highly recommend this not just for sportspeople; but for life in general to preserve longevity and performance!

I have been following the sport yogi for around a year now, this came about from other sports personnel I follow recommending or talking about him. His knowledge is invaluable and with a professional sport background I know this is personal and academic knowledge coming together. This app has everything you need to properly look after your body, to ease those aching days and prolong peak performance! Thanks 🙌🏻
Great app
Love the variety of workouts, different muscle groups working up from beginners level. The range of routines will help my body cope with a lockdown exercise routine, with lunchtime lower back stretches after too much sitting and warm downs for after running. Fab!!!

In this crowded yoga fitness marketplace it’s refreshing to see a breakthrough app which combines all the elements you need for a successful personal yoga practice and organised in a way that’s simple to pick and choose what’s suited to your life. Intuitive app for all abilities!
Having suffered back problems for a few years this app has really benefited me and my management of the pain. It’s really easy to use with specific sections for individual requirements. So much more than a yoga / stretching app with breath work, recovery and more!
Great app, effective and easy to use
During lockdown I haven’t been getting as much excercise as I’m used to. This app has really helped me kickstart my workout regime and the stretches have proven invaluable, especially as I’m sat at my desk all day. Highly recommend
