I can't complete my booking. “id verification required For security reasons, your booking needs to be reviewed by misterb&b Trust & Safety team. We're sorry for the inconvenience, we will contact you shortly.” But I have already verified my account. Support is not responding.

Unfortunately I haven’t realized when starting to search the property in the US that my account currency setting was in Euro as I’ve only reset it to the USD in the search page. I would rather have paid in the USD... but the owner of the property accepted us and that locked the payment currency in Euro... the currency change in the seetings didn’t help and we also didn’t want to restart the process as we would loose the discount. It should be possible to change the final currency payment at the final payment stage.
Please, add Russian language

Two years ago I used this application - opening the account, setting the listing and receiving the payment was a matter of couple of clicks away. Now it is a nightmare. It’s been a month that I had a guest and I still haven’t received the money. Suddenly all the information that I filled previously was not enough, I am asked again and again to verify my ID. I need to put my tax number. They juggle with such se site info. My bank account that I previously set suddenly disappeared. Everyone when I click on new thing on the website I have to log in again and again. My listing - log in, my account - log in, EVERY-TIME! It’s been a mess! I have never been so frustrated using a service in my life. And the fees! THIS IS JUST A JOKE! I have to pay 12 euro minimum of fee per night!!!!!!! On top of 12 € Extra that my guest has to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if I set 30€ per night they will take 12 euros from me per night and they take 12 euros from my guest they will earn 24 euros per night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s just robbery! I tried initially to put the price as low as 15 euros in order to help ALL LGBTQ+ travelers not only those with money, but I would get 3€ per night!!!! That wouldn’t even cover electricity bill for me. By any means avoid this application until they change at least their pricing strategy. At this moment I just want the nightmare with my latest payout to be done and I’ll delete the account for ever. Do not use this service!
Easy to handle and not over complicated like other accomodation apps.
I enjoyed my time in this location, very near the Metro, and easily walkable. Great host and very nice unit.
The site has so many fees for everything. Read the cancellation terms for each host closely and also at checkout make sure you uncheck the default “add ons” that tack in more to your total. My first experience was a bit of a bust with my host also hosting the apartment on several other sites which was not written on the listing. This made a “cozy” experience feel like a hostel situation. Lastly it’s hard to book for your first time especially if hosts want to see some reviews or verify your identity. The app doesn’t allow you to post your profile in the chat from other bnb sites for hosts to view and determine that you’re legitimate. This made finding a place as a new user challenging since the chat blocked external websites. I appreciate a place that support LGBTQ travel but I feel like you’re paying the gay tax (ie increased costs in comparison to non-gay sites) using this app.
