Can’t scan face!!
Terrible app, it does not work. Won’t let me scan my face.. please fix!!

Описание
MitID is your digital ID. You use it when you want to log in, sign digitally and approve actions in various self-service solutions. If you need to approve on your mobile or tablet, you do it with a single swipe in the app. To authenticate on your computer, scan a QR code.
ACTIVATE YOUR MITID
You can activate your MitID in your app by scanning your passport/ID card or with an activation code from Borgerservice. If you have a new mobile, you can copy your MitID from your old app.
IN THE APP YOU CAN ALSO...
Check your user ID and change the mobile number you use for MitID.
HAVE A SPARE MITID
Having an extra MitID is a good idea. If you happen to lose your mobile with the app on it, you can still use MitID.

Crashing!
App crasher når jeg skal scanne mit ansigt i forbindelse med ID verification via passport…
The worst app
Same issue - app does not want to scan my face, keep crashing and mitid support is not helping. living in sydney can’t access to my email….this is sooo frustrating and annoying
Doesn’t work
Trying to set up MitId using passport. Scans passport ok and then the app crashes before getting to the scan my face part EVERY SINGLE TIME. The most frustrating app I have ever had the misfortune of trying to use- and there is no alternative- not good enough Danmark

MitID for non Danish citizens
I am Australian and I have lost count of the number of times I have requested a P-code and tried to get a MitID using my Australian passport, with no success. This is a terrible app.
Verification on iPhone nearly impossible.
Using iPhone 14 pro max. The app won’t scan my passport for some reason. Each time I scan my face the app says it is blurry. It was the same problem on an iPhone 7 Plus where I only succeeded after like /0 times. Wonder if the app just was made for android…

MitID blev indført i 2021 og vi skriver nu 2025 og det virker stadig ikke. Fix det nu..
