MitID

I am trying to activate my Mitid through this app and I don’t have any other option. Since I am trying this app (last two weeks) every time I submit the all the information about my passport, facial scan it says my face doesn’t match with the passport. I am from Bangladesh and don’t what are other solutions. I have tried Outdoor lighting, use other device, even trim my hair, restarting the phone, brush my hair, neutral facial expression, re-installing the app, restarting the app but nothing seems to work. Please help. My device is iPhone 15, IOS 17.0.3.

Can’t create a support ticket as after reading chip app is unable to send data. Keeps erroring!! Very annoying. In the main page to actually go through mitid at times gets stuck after reading passport chip, sometimes gets stuck similar to when creating a support ticket ; at the passport sending data page… and if by some luck and trying 20 times u manage to get to photo stage …. It will not recognise / match your photo to passport. If u keep trying different angles and the app doesn’t start bugging you may get a tick for match but then alas! While sending the data - it will bug and get stuck! AND you can then say u have to go through this ordeal again! I’m trying to get mitid since dec! They finally seem to have foreign passport option but don’t think anyone can get through! Haven’t been able to log into skat for filing my tax returns , haven’t been able to log into my bank account, or eboks …. Nada!!! Can’t come to Denmark yet so that I can get to a human in burger service - I’ll blind to all due to this very buggy app! Would have expected a better app from DK! But alas! Very very frustrating to say the least from their use of tech in this instance!

Ny telefon - men jeg kan ikke komme ind på MitID. Det er umuligt at scanne pas chippen. Jeg bruger en iPhone 13

Nå, nu kan iPhone 6 altså ikke bruges mere. Virkelig surt. Hvorfor kan I ikke lade os bruge den version længere? :(

Kan nogen tilbyde mig hjælp til at slå lyde fra i MitID? Jeg har fravalgt alle notifikationslyde ellers. Jeg vil gerne kunne bruge mit id uden at omverdenen ved at jeg godkender noget.

Nu kan jeg pludselig ikke mere bruge MitID på min iPhone 6 længere, da der kræves en opdatering af appen, som min smartphone ikke kan håndtere. På den måde hjælper den danske stat tech-giganter som Apple, da jeg bliver nødt til at anskaffe mig en ny iPhone, hvis jeg fortsat vil i kontakt med det offentlige i Danmark. Flot!

Nødvendige offentlige apps skal kunne hentes på gammel iphone. Kan ikke køre IOS 15.

Der er altid problemer med det

The copy feature doesn’t work, it keeps displaying 0s and there is no way to find out how many minutes have elapsed and how much to wait. As usual, the app is moronic.
