I made my first order and there was a mistake so they fixed it and sent both order together they are the best in business the quality is top notch

I’m so disappointed that I did not receive my mixed book on time. I went with this company because they had guaranteed shipping this was a week before I need this as a gift. After multi times trying to contact the company and track my package I drove to pick it up at the shipping facility!!!! I understand that it is close to Christmas and there has been delays in shipping but the company said they were too overwhelmed it could take another week to deliver!!! MIXED BOOKS YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE GUARANTEE SHIPPING IF YOU COULD NOT DELIVER BEFORE CHRISTMAS! I would give them less then 1 star on poor customer service because I could only chat with AI and you would leave me on hold for more then 30 min. Do not go with with company if you need anything as a gift. Horrible experience

I ordered from Mixbook for the first time on December 2, 2024, spending $254.87 on personalized photo books. The order was delivered to the wrong address, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I’ve been met with silence and frustration. I emailed Mixbook twice—on December 13 and December 16—and received no response. The delivery company, UniUni, is no better. I spent 1 hour and 13 minutes on hold, sent them the requested photo of my home, and was promised a response within 24 hours, yet I heard nothing back. Meanwhile, my private photo books are out there at an unknown location, which is an unacceptable breach of privacy. To top it off, Mixbook offered me $27.97 as compensation—completely inadequate for the stress, time wasted, and inconvenience caused. For a premium-priced service, I expected far better. This was my first time ordering with Mixbook, and it will certainly be my last.

Horrible experience, they keep changing prices on the app. If you’re not careful on the second order, they gouge you will never use them again.

The app makes impossible for me to finish my project. I’m trying to finish a couple pages so that I can place the order tonight but it’s been crashing since an hour ago. It’s frustrating!

I made my first album and received, everything was as expected at first. Then after a few months I showed it to a friend, and the pages were stuck together, as if the book was dipped in water … the cover was fine but all the pages were wavy at the bottom and some were stuck together. My album was only in my bookshelf and my home isn’t humid so it must be bad quality paper. I will not renew my experience with Mixbook and I don’t recommend it.

I just received my photo book today and I’m beyond overjoyed. It’s an exceptional quality and well made. Really happy. 😍😍

Horrible experience. I was happy and excited at first I found the theme I like and I made my book. I read very clear before I made the book and screenshot the pricing to show my friend but later on after I made the book after I put it into the cart , the price has changed. And it change every time I refresh the page. Getting higher and higher. Talk to the customer service is a waste of time. It’s a complete fraud. Not recommend at all.

Great experience. Lots of customization options were cheaper than printing, everything out and putting it in a book yourself. Way more professional, nicer quality and you can add text. It’s amazing.
