If rates weren’t what they are, I’d switch mortgage companies just cause of this horrible app. This company is so old school and clearly doesn’t invest in user friendly technology. The broken app always prompts me to change my password and it doesn’t let me!

Had my first mortgage payment on autopay, that for some reason didn’t go through. Then tried to pay it manually and even that didn’t go through. It said it bounced back even though all my info is correct and now I have a $30 fee added????

Can click "pay bill" a million times but never pulls anything up. I cant beg you to take my money when you make it impossible. Absolutely rediuclous. Fix ur app lazies. Negative 5 stars

it’s been a month- STILL unable to update my password even though i am required to manually by the app. this time the update button IS activated and reacting as though i’m clicking it, but absolutely nothing happens. you realize when this happens i can’t check my loan? i can’t pay extra on it? i can’t check my escrow accounts? i can’t access anything? and you want to charge me extra for paper versions of things when you don’t make your electronic access functional? and americans just continue to accept this treatment…. absolutely unreal. we ALL deserve better than this. forcing me to change my password (yet with so many password rules and strange special character allowances i can never remember it anyway), but the update button won’t actually activate and hitting “done” on my keyboard isn’t triggering any activity on the page. this app is one of the most dysfunctional thing i’m forced to use on a regular basis day and i live in america… that’s saying a lot. while i’m here, the navigation isn’t intuitive. why tell me i have offers if i don’t? whether or not the projected amounts saved/projected payoff dates account for our current extra principal payments when scrolling through early payoff is unclear. places in the app and places in the paperwork disagree with each other.

It does what I would expect from a mortgage app. I’ve had Wells Fargo and Mr. Cooper and don’t feel like Movement lags behind any of their services. It would be nice if they added support for automating weekly or even daily payments. As a workaround, I set up automated billing through my bank to make prepayments… so I’ll see how that works out.

Every time I log in, I have to reset my password. I try to sign in with the new password, and it doesn’t work. I just want to pay my mortgage. Worst company. If it’s possible for you to have your loan with a different company, do it.

Download app last year and it was not helpful. Tried again this to make a principal pmt and would not let me. The pay button did nothing. Tried the next day and the app would not let me log on. Said to try again at another time. So far have had NO assistance from this app.

Whoever is in charge of the tech at this company should be fired. Their website is just as bad.

Love the website but the app is awful. Can’t make a payment and takes forever to log in. Going back to the web version
