Disappointed with lack of communication with Coastal FCU

The app is crashing every time I try a mobile deposit.

In trying to deposit checks using the mobile app today, the app has spontaneously quit on me twice and has experienced significant lags during operations. I have used the app many times for these functions and have not had these problems before. I’m hoping this is just an off day and the app will go back to functioning smoothly from here on out.

The app is awful. It needs a complete overhaul. Buggy and slow. Runs like a webpage from the 2000s. Constantly crashes and anytime I have to open the app for check deposit or something else I immediately get annoyed with how slow it is. Lacks features, the list goes on.

Hi, please make it clearer how to find the decimal point for entering the amount. Thanks! Only problem I had.

App shuts down when trying to verify your identity. App is pretty much useless

The app is slow to login. To make it worse, the app always has a message that my previous session timed out. I have to clear the message and then click the button to login again. Just log me in. Nobody cares about how the previous session ended. Why would I do anything else beside login when I open the app.

When attempting to capture the back of the check this link is broken. I had to capture the back first, which worked then capture the front of the check. Capturing in the order front of check then back of check does not function correctly.
