I transferred my money that I got as a refund for their unremitted SSS to my personal bank account. They charged me 150 but its been two weeks and it was not transferred still. They keep on saying technical problem. NEVER EVER USE THIS!

Giving a 1 star because bills payment always takes 2 to 3 weeks to be posted.

Paid my SSS contribution on Oct 29, they said it would take 1-3 business days before being posted in the system. It’s Nov 23 now, and yet my contribution is still nowhere to be found!! What a scam. They just kept on saying that they will update me as it still processing but I never got an update! DONT USE THIS APP!

Recommended. Ang helpful ng app na to sa pagbayad ng mga bills especially credit card and water bills.

SSS Contributions were not remitted on time even if you pay before the SSS deadline causing you to miss contributions! Cash put fee is PHP150 and it is not even real-time.. now guess what?! After more than a month of waiting… there is still no sign of the money that is supposed to be transferred to my bank account and they have already charged me the PHP150!!! Then customer care will just answer you with their scripted “we understand your frustrations and we have escalated your concern blah blah blah”!

Can’t understand why it takes so long for them to process the cash out? Of course anyone will feel frustrated because money is involved. Their customer service only kept saying sorry for the delayed but I think they did not do anything about it. They will tell you processing time is 1-3 business days but it takes forever. 😤😤😤 Also with the SSS contribution payment, it is so disappointing that 6 months contribution was not posted. They will only take action if you e-mailed them and ask for explanation/update. But still thankful that they refunded the amount paid for the 6-month contribution but yet as I said takes forever to process the cash out. I hope you will do something about your processing time of the transactions especially the posting of contributions to the SSS portal because now a days, people will look for apps that will make things easier. You only wasted my time. 😩😩

Don’t even try this app! They can’t even give back my money! This is a scam!

Tried to pay SSS, doesn’t work. Tried to withdraw and close app, they require you to “upgrade” to level 2. They also charge large fees for cashing in and out. Account closed and never got my money back.

Just downloaded and paid my SSS Salary Loan through them and guess what? It's not yet posted. Reached out to customer support, told me would take 2-3 ridiculous weeks? Wow. Could've processed the payment through Unionbank instead for "real time payment posting" so please be warned. It was too late until I realized that this app will give me a headache. When you needed to renew your SSS loan for some emergency, then here's this useless app. Will definitely file a complaint after, especially it takes 3 weeks for it to be posted. Damn, what kind of system you guys have? So, please DO NOT DOWNLOAD nor do any business with this app. Help me get this taken off from the App Store and also file a formal complaint to this business.

You should treat people equally regardless of the amount of their contributuons. Every transaction should mean business to you.
