Fact: My payments to the Philippine Social Security System were acknowledged as remitted via email immediately following my transactions on this app. Then six (6) months later I received another email informing me that two of my earlier payments were in fact, unsuccessful and the funds are back in my wallet. 1. There could very well be late payment penalties which this app simply glossed over 2. To get your money out of this app’s wallet, they will charge you again another processing fee 3. This app reeks of a scam to just use processing fees as its business model 4. I have brought this to the attention of the Philippine Social Security System and the Philippine Department of Trade

I made a cash out transaction on Feb. 4, 2022. They said, it will be credited in 2-3 business days. Today is Feb. 16 and no amount has been credited to the recepient’s account. This is their response: “ I understand how frustrating this must have been for you. We value our customers' time, and this should not have happened. This has been relayed to the appropriate department. We are prioritizing this and our team is already working to complete your transaction. We'll notify you as soon as this is posted. We appreciate your patience and utmost understanding on this matter. Thank you!” It only shows how incompetent they are. I wonder which department my transaction was referred to. FORGET ABOUT THIS APP!

They have a very good customer service, and very easy to upgrade the limit just follow the required documents. It is easy also to use for paying SSS and other government agencies

This app provides online convenience in paying contributions, monthly dues, and other bills in government agencies, but this convenience is flooded with hidden charges and extra costs like Paypal Fees and Convenience Fees. This is expected since this is a third party payment channel for the government. But as a taxpayer we shouldn't be charged with these nonsense. Overall, the app provides convenience if you're willing to pay the outrageous charges.
