It really helped & made a difference. Even the videos are so helpful. I really hope it stays free forever since it helps so many people in many ways. From connecting with others to educating to helping you organize your life for healthy habits & routines. You can even track everything to see when you are consistent or not as well as see why with the notes on your moods. It helped me with my anxiety & depression. 10/10 App ❤️

This app is an amazing way to track your habits with the support of others! And not only is the app amazing but the team is also beyond amazing! They truly care about you and aren’t focused on the money, this app is one of the few where I fully support! Couldn’t recommend more

If you are seriously struggling get professional help and not just an app-I beg of you. That site is a place for old women to gobble up young sad souls-it’s gross. You deserve better than that app. For real, girlfriend.

Personal growth

I love the idea of this app, it’s helped me keep myself accountable, my only issue is when you open the app it immediately shows the community feed, when I thought the whole point of this app was to track your own personal growth, not necessarily viewing others. Not only is the community feed the first thing you see instead of your own personal progress, but they make it difficult to access that info by forcing your screen down to the community feed. It seems like they are trying to make a social media page for personal growth, I may have to try another app if they don’t redesign

Shift workers

I really do like this app and it helps with almost every mental health issue I have. The only complaint is that a lot of the solutions is a proper sleep schedule. I understand regular sleep schedules is a core of health but I’d like to learn some tips and tricks for shift workers. I work two days, two nights, and then off for four. My circadian rhythm is a mess and I want help managing it.

Pressed “continue” on first/main page (the one stating “You’re about to start the journey of self-improvement”), loads for a second, then changes back to “continue”. If I press “Log in” at the bottom, it will bring me to a sign in page, but when I press “create an account”, it goes back to the main page. Please fix.
