Love the functionality of the app, it works really well for me. It’s a pocket personal trainer, has helped me consistently gain weekly muscle and I can visibly see my progress through the moves. I highly recommend the app. I think the one or two small bugs that there have been have been blown up by people who should reevaluate their outlook on life because I’ve had a great time using the app!
Great exercises and routines but this app is unstable on my iPhone 7. It often crashes during my workout, wasting time and losing my skills progress. I’ve been a premium member for over a year and complained to support about this but unfortunately no refunds were issued to me. Considering cancelling my subscription now.
Nice app, been looking for this - work towards the big moves by tackling and progressing through the smaller foundation moves first. There are some bugs and UX flows that need to be ironed out though - let me know who I can contact. Side note: A one legged candlestick as a warm up for a newby? I think not ;)
I skip one star because They do not prorate if you upgrade the subscription. They will not refund or increasing the subscription. Other than that this the app and support is great. They respond proactively.
very much love that it’s responsive to how well/bad i do on a given workout/set, and customizes it going forward not only for that workout, but for all future workouts
I was searching for an app to help me stay focused on bodyweight exercises that could improve my mobility and functional strength, ideally reduce my risk of injury in other forms of exercising I do (trail running largely), but work with my uneven schedule (and motivation) - I think this is the app for me. I’ve been pleased with how thorough the app is, how engaged I’ve been, the diversity of ways to build on my progress (stretching, one-off focused or continuing the program they’ve laid out) and ability to get up to speed on the workouts I’m not familiar with. If that resonates with you I’d encourage you to give it a try. I’ve also been impressed with their customer service when I hit a hurdle or had a question about the program. Hoping to keep this going for months (or even years) to come.

Great app especially for people looking to get into gymnastic type workout and learning skills. However the do need to improve app flexibility when it comes to managing workout routine. There is not input on how many reps or sets were done, no way to skip an exercise and go back to it, and no history of previous workout of reps and sets.
Hemochromatosis impacted my pancreas which brought diabetes 2 and I was wiped out. Afraid to lift weights and having little energy I tried TMA. Feel awesome and the honor system to AI workout builder is significantly improving my efforts.
So I tried several apps specifically for calisthenic and this one is way above them. Well tailored for users based on assessment. This app kept me motivated With help of unlocking the new movement toward my goals. Try it and you wont regret.
