Depuis que j’utilise VPN Mozilla je peux surfer sur le WEB facilement et en toute sécurité.

No app is perfect, however when you have an issue, what IS important is that you can get help easily. That is the experience I’ve had with this app so far, which is great! When I had an issue, I got to communicate with a real human being within a business day or so, who knew exactly what issue I was facing, and gave me some helpful advice. Also I will always be pro non-profit corporations, as well as an advocate for an open and accessible web! (Ikik that’s literally their mission lol)

I've used Nord and other VPNs in the past, and Mozilla for 99% of users is feature-wise just as good as all the competition! It's fast, reliable, has a kill switch, is super simple to use and its backed by Mozilla which has an amazing history of privacy protection. There is no one I would trust more for a service like this. If you want to get around Geo Blocking Netflix, this is not the VPN for you, but for almost everyone else, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend!!

why is Mozilla charging?

The app will often disconnect leaving my whole phone without internet. When this happens in the middle of driving, it is especially inconvenient. Seems to happen more often when switching from wifi to cellular. This might be worth $5/mth, if it worked. As it is, I’d pay $2/mth, and turn it on as needed. I’m upset I paid in full.

It always says no connection as soon as I turn on the VPN. Turn off the VPN everything is fine..

I’ve been using this since it was released and it was buggy and unreliable for quite a while. Recent releases have really improved it and I’m glad it’s noticeably better.

The vpn icon is not readily visible in latest iOS. There should be a Ui method to alert users that a vpn disconnect has occurred. Or a kill switch. Secondly, allow local network traffic should be more granular as local network are not all safe. Able to print or file share but not broadcast advertise or stream for example.

I really wanted this to be good and support mozilla, but this vpn absolutely sucks. Constantly drops out. Often won’t connect. Vancouver server is unusably slow when it does connect. Don’t waste your money. Mozilla staff: save your generic response in the comments, I tried your troubleshooting, it’s still a steaming pile..
