Awful app after update

After update app is crap. 1) ticket don't download on phone if you don't reinstall app each time when you need to SHOW it 2) interface is ugly and unreadable

Bad UI/UX

The interface, logic, and user experience is so bad like somebody deliberately make it as bad as possible. But it works, surprisingly but somehow, with the pain it works. I wish the authors read the Apple guidances and rebuild this app from scratch. Please!!!

The worst app ever

Increadibly bad logic of app. I forgot my password. After receiving reset link, app asked my security question. If I forgot password then I forgot everything. What is the sense of this link then? I don’t think if anyone try to hack my ticket app. Secondly, I tried to buy ticket for the specific day, and automatically app did transaction and bought the ticket for current day (not the 1st time) Guys, pls fix this. It makes no sense in this app if it works so bad

Not working

I'm not able to login into the app. Unknown error occurred.

Disaster this app

If you want to get lost , use the app. I don’t understand that a city as Munchen allows a app like this. Trie Vienna and you will see how it could work. The app is fir me a reason to avoid Munchen!!

Awfull

It's a shame to have such an app in the 21st century. Sometimes the payment goes through, sometimes it doesn't. There are constant errors of some kind. If you added a payment card, you can't delete it. It's horrible and shameful. I ended up using terminals near the subway. Look at the Berlin app. It should be an example for you.

App crashes immediately

After installing the app, it doesn’t succeed starting up (IPhone 7, iOS 14.7.1). App keeps crashing.

Purchase Button is freezed

I wanted to buy my Sbahn ticket in the MVV App and clicked on the ‘purchase button’. Nothing happened, no confirmation. I clicked 2 more times. No confirmation or move to a new screen. It looked like it did not worked so I closed the app, bought my ticket at the ticketing machine instead. I then boarded the Sbahn and see all of a sudden in my email box that a confirmation that I bought a ticket in the App. :/(( Hence, I bought 2 tickets in the end... this already happened to me twice. To me it is not clear at all when an App purchase worked well. I now paid double tickets twice :-(.
