The foundation of this practice has always been about using what you have available to you, whenever, wherever you are. No matter how much time you have available to you (5, 10, 20 minutes, etc), there is something you can do, everyday, to better both your body and your mind.

All paid accounts on melissawoodhealth.com automatically renew at the end of their terms. Amazing
Changed my life, Melissa, her meditations and her workouts are the absolute best! You won’t regret downloading this app, I’m another person since I started the mwh method and showing up for myself every day! 5 stars are not enough!!!
Easy and from wherever you want!
I decided to start with Melissa because I have a complicated job. I’m flight attendant and I don’t have enough time to go to the gym and sometimes I’m very tired because of the flights. With Melissa you can practice wherever you want and no matter when. Also it is very important for me that we use our own body in most of the exercises and there’s no need for any equipment. I find that Melissa is very beneficial for me and my muscles and she help me to achieve a relaxing moment with myself everyday. So, of course… I recommend her 100%!!

Almost 15 months postpartum and enjoying every drop of sweat!! The classes are so short but sooo effective it’s mind blowing, didn’t expect that!! Long story short SHE this incredible human being is saving me!! Don’t believe her, try her!!! You won’t regret!

MWH has changed my life
I used to be all about the HIIT workouts and running all the time. I still enjoy high intensity workouts, but Melissa has really taught me the importance of listening to my body. I love that there are so many videos to choose from, ranging from different lengths to focusing on a specific body part/area. It’s really true that you can see results from her workouts - they’re so quick and effective!
