My EAP

App looks like it is from the early 2000’s and it’s clear that no money or effort has gone into improving the quality or graphics. It is also barely able to function in its most basic functionality: signing into the app. Also bring back the e-counselling feature.

Whoever designed coded and supports this app should immediately be barred from operating in the technology field. My eyes are literally bleeding from the early 2000 designs and UX, exceptionally unfriendly to use.

I tried to use the app, but it wouldn’t let me get past the first page, it crashed when picking the country during set up. Terrible app.

Impossible to even select a country and the app crash…

Can’t even choose my country to start the app, very poorly made! It’s sad!

For a group work service - extremely Poor accessibility. Poor quality IT service. Poor quality counselling responses. Unreliable. Inconsistent. I reported concerns about a year ago and it seems even worse since then.

I freezes on the first page

When launching the app, it starts out at a “Please select your country of residence” screen, which would normally be fine because they need to know where I am to connect me with the appropriate resources, but this is where the app’s functionality ends. It will not allow scrolling to my country of residence (I’m in Canada), nor will it allow me to select any random country in the list (sorry, Afghanistan). The app just locks up at this point and displays a small list of a few countries with names starting with the letter “A”. As this app is likely to be installed and accessed during a time of personal desperation and/or crisis, it does a poor job right out of the gate. For this reason, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend that any user install this app.

Disappointing.
