I can’t even use it since I downloaded

Won’t even let me register. Keeps coming up with an error in French.

Not a good app . It doesn’t help and you can not Log on . It tells you HR have to give you a code . So much for confidentiality

I wish this app had a live chat feature, as opposed to just texting someone and hoping for a response. I was able to call the program, though, and after a bit of a hold was able to get connected to an attorney.

I have been trying to get the help I need for literally 3 days now. No luck. All it keeps asking me in the text message is what is the keyword. Mind you I have given it all 16 times I have tried. The one time I get thru I get kicked off. How is anyone supposed to get the help needed if they won’t answer you back?

App looks like it is from the early 2000’s and it’s clear that no money or effort has gone into improving the quality or graphics. It is also barely able to function in its most basic functionality: signing into the app. Also bring back the e-counselling feature.

Whoever designed coded and supports this app should immediately be barred from operating in the technology field. My eyes are literally bleeding from the early 2000 designs and UX, exceptionally unfriendly to use.

I tried to use the app, but it wouldn’t let me get past the first page, it crashed when picking the country during set up. Terrible app.

Impossible to even select a country and the app crash…

Can’t even choose my country to start the app, very poorly made! It’s sad!
