My Haven Experience

Signed into the ap won’t find anything other than my name said no bookings when I had and swimming etc wouldn’t load anything other I hadn’t booked a holiday so distressing unhappy before we arrive when we’ve been coming here years with parents and grandparents so annoyed

Great accommodation, very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool is fantastic and very clean. Love that you have everything you need on the complex , very pleased .

Brilliant time spent here. Caravan upgrade was just the icing on the cake thanks so much.. we’ll deffo be back x

My parents are older and struggle with apps and technology, Used Haven as it’s a good company and has a good reputation, Personally I found the app easy to use, All the details have been passed to my parents in which I have wrote down, Only constructive feedback would be is to consider later life clients who still like things in black and white paper form. No jargon, just what the amount is and what’s on etc Think they would have struggled with the online stuff, All in all it’s been a good booking experience.

The app only worked once the hole 7 days we were there for ordering food/drinks yet I saw multiple people having food brought to tables when in bars( spoke to a few people who were also having the same issue)

First time stay on recommendation looking forward to it & hoping to have an excellent stay 😀😀

I first went to Cleethorpes Haven Holiday Park before Covid hit and Myself and My kids loved it and this will be My 3rd in a row going back there the staff are absolutely amazing the caravans are really clean and the facilities are brilliant the kids enjoy doing the activities and using the pool the entertainment is amazing too we have made this our annual family holiday I have a child that has Autism and ADHD and other issues and he struggles so much but here he feels safe and enjoys being here which is a bonus

On Arrival I was given the wrong Caravan I had booked a 2 bedroom and was placed in a 3 bedroom it had not been cleaned and the beds had not been made There was even a pad down the back of the bathroom radiator Very disappointing
