It’s great to use for monitoring when it works but if there’s an update it doesn’t keep my time and if I don’t realise this has happened I can’t edit the time for more than 24hrs. Sometimes it just logs you out for no reason too.

Love the app. It is so helpful tracking how long you’ve had your trays out for. Please please please fix the app so it doesn’t log out so often! It’s so frustrating to continue to log in every second day.

This app is really frustrating. I am on week 8 of my aligners and in the beginning the app worked fine. But for the past 4 weeks, the app has being logging the incorrect wear time. It defaults to 15 or 17 hours. Even though I have been logging my time and wearing the aligners for 22 hours. The reminders also stopped working. I added a reminder to put back my aligners after 45min and 3 hours later the reminder still have not come through. I have logged a ticket twice now about the time issue and its still not fixed.

Very basic app in functionality. Really only seems to be useful for reminding you to change to your next aligner. Often shows incorrect data for wear time. For example, I wore my aligners 23hrs yesterday. That data showed correctly yesterday. When I logged into the app today it said I’d only worn them 4.5hrs yesterday. This happens a lot. The reminder function to put your aligner back in doesn’t work. I downloaded the app a week into my treatment and cannot back date it to when I actually started.

This app is useless - after trying to sign in I get the message “Feature not available”. So the app does nothing for me. Hopefully you have better luck than me. 🤞

Useful app but I need to authenticate with FaceID twice every time I open it…

This app still keeps logging me out. For no good reason. I’m the only one who uses my phone, besides it’s not like the data it holds is a major security or privacy risk. I wish there was an alternative. The app has some useful features, but I find it more annoying than anything.

Can sign up for the app but then freezes so it can’t be used every time I try to open it. App is up to date, and hone is up to date and have tried restarting. Super helpful when you’re paying for a $10k product.

There's way too much friction when opening the app. Sometimes, Face ID doesn't even allow me inside of the app but when it does, it always takes forever and is way too bothersome to use regularly. I really want to use the Invisalign timer feature however I wish there was an option to disable passcodes or add a widget version that can be started and stopped. Maybe even a persistent notification that is active the entire time aligners are out would be a better fix. Just anything other than the current method because it's gotten to the point where the timer's redundant for me and I don't use it. Also a small complaint I have is I wish you could scroll through the clincheck plans like a playhead on a video. Instead, to go to a specific stage you must tap it and manually adjust with the play button which is terrible inefficient. A fullscreen, horizontal version of the clincheck plan would also be nice. Other than that, this app has been great and I will change my 1 star rating to a 5 star as soon as this review is acknowledged by the devs. I just wanted to be heard so I apologise 😅
